Member information is entered into the App by the Syndicate Manager.

2.3 Payment Information

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Syndicate Hub:

• Does not store credit card details

• Does not store Stripe login credentials.

• Does not retain payment transaction data beyond confirmation status

Payment processing is governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

3. How We Collect Information

We collect personal information when:

• A Syndicate Manager registers for an account

• A Syndicate Manager adds members to a syndicate

• Users submit information through App forms

• Payments are made through the Stripe integration.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Manage syndicate memberships

• Facilitate payment tracking and expense management

• Provide access to the App and its features

• Communicate important updates and service notifications

• Administer the 14-day free trial and monthly subscription billing

• Enforce our Terms of Use and maintain appropriate platform standards

All personal information is stored securely in cloud-based infrastructure.

Syndicate Managers can request:

All content uploaded to the App must be appropriate and lawful.

Prohibited content includes:

• Remove inappropriate content

• Suspend or terminate accounts

• Cancel memberships without refund for policy breaches

8. Subscription, Billing and Refunds

• Syndicate Managers receive a 14-day free trial.

• After the trial, monthly subscription fees apply.

• The App fee is incorporated into the syndicate’s monthly expense structure.

• Members pay their monthly expenses via Stripe.

• If a syndicate cancels, access continues until the end of the paid billing period.

• No refunds are provided for the current billing month.

9. Third-Party Services

Syndicate Hub integrates with third-party services including:

• Stripe (for payment processing)

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services. Users should review their respective privacy policies.

10. Children’s Privacy

Syndicate Managers must be 18 years or older.

Members under 18 require parental or guardian consent and must be added by the Syndicate Manager.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
